In 2021, KDA was commissioned by Seafood Scotland to produce a Tourism Toolkit for it's members. The aim of the toolkit was to help businesses identify ways in which they could collaborate and adapt their business to be more tourism-focussed.
The toolkit looks at a number of case studies from Scotland, England and Iceland.

In 2022, KDA was commissioned by Scotland Food & Drink to produce a guide on developing and managing learning journeys. The aim of the guide was to support businesses with tips and identify ways in which they can run successful learning journeys and maximise the benefits of these opportunities.
